We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Data Management Associate to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel data for our subsidiaries in North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain employee data related to personnel numbers, onboarding, and one-off payments.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll Consultants, Employees, and Managers to ensure seamless data processing.
- Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, including colleagues, employees, and managers.
- Work with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Teamwork and quality-driven skills.
- MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- SAP HR system knowledge is an advantage.
