About the Role

The Head of CRM at EasyPark Group will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives long-term growth and customer experience. This role will lead the global CRM team, covering 20+ markets in Europe and the US, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategy, vision, goals, and KPIs aligned with business strategy.
  • Grow and manage the CRM team, ensuring the right skills and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Translate business goals into impactful CRM programs across owned channels, including push, web, email, and in-app messages.
  • Map customer journeys across segments (B2C/B2B/Industry) and identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention.
  • Use customer, marketing, behavior, and conversion data to inform CRM strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure effective CRM-product alignment and drive business outcomes.
  • Own data activation roadmap and requirements to advance real-time, cross-channel, and personalization use-cases.
  • Meet financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and results analysis.

About You

We're looking for a senior leader with extensive CRM experience, a passion for results, and a commitment to action-oriented analysis. You'll have a proven ability to influence stakeholders, particularly in working with multi-functional teams. Robust data and analytical skills are essential, with a plan and strategy for utilizing data to drive the CRM agenda and results.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of CRM experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience as Head of CRM or similar.
  • Extensive leadership experience, leading both direct reports and/or other teams.
  • Experience from a centralized setup serving multiple countries and products.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or technology.
