Key Responsibilities:

  • Data and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for improvement management
  • Content marketing specialist – create a content management strategy for website and applications
  • Digital marketing specialist – focus on apps through designing and publishing site-wide promotions, creating and publishing content in Tastelife online and Guesst app in line with brand and tone
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to further streamline processes such as automation of content and system integrations, contribute to the innovation roadmap
  • Research new, market-leading health and wellbeing innovations and create proposals and presentations for business review
  • Lead key community experience projects in relation to retail and health and wellbeing
  • Coordinate and lead nationwide fundraising campaigns across sites such as World's Greatest Shave, Movember, NAIDOC week, etc.
  • Manage all national sector-specific fundraising data
  • Sales tracking - manage project specific financials and budgets
  • Contribute to change management processes and lead nationwide system training to teams onsite
  • Implement a content management plan and release client and customer specific content across our digital platforms i.e., social media, email, and apps
  • As required, utilise software to create marketing collateral i.e., event posters for site distribution, must ensure brand compliance
  • Analyse data and create site-specific reports for clients and senior management
  • Cross departmental collaboration on projects and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
