Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee SariSuki Stores Inc.'s financial operations, including finance, accounting, tax, compliance, and internal audit teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies by developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure financial sustainability.
  3. Collaborate with the leadership team and board of directors to drive business growth.
  4. Monitor cash flow, forecast future cash flow needs, and make adjustments accordingly.
  5. Ensure all financial reporting requirements are met, including tax filings and regulatory compliance.
  6. Manage accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  7. Develop budgets and work with managers to ensure they are met.
  8. Provide financial planning services to the organization, including creating cash flow projections or developing capital budgets.
  9. Create financial models to forecast the budget impact of proposed projects or policies.
  10. Monitor the financial health of the organization by tracking key performance indicators such as cash flow, collections, and receivables.
  11. Manage the organization's investment portfolio and banking relationships.
  12. Lead and oversee all aspects of the annual budgeting process.
  13. Monitor and report on key financial indicators, providing recommendations for corrective action when necessary.
  14. Negotiate and manage all financial contracts on behalf of the organization.
  15. Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and investors.
  16. Ensure compliance with all regulations, both local and outside the Philippines.
  17. Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support decision-making across the organization.
