Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer at Toyota Butuan is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring effective management of funds, adherence to regulatory requirements, and accurate financial reporting.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring long-term financial health and stability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.
  • Manage the organization's cash flow, fund allocation, and risk management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Presents financial updates, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial processes.

Requirements:

  • A Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance (a Master's degree in the same field is an advantage).
  • A CPA license is preferred but not required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, management reporting, internal audit, taxation, fund management, and risk management.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system and E-CARS.
  • Proven integrity, maturity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be a resident of Butuan City, Agusan de Norte.
