Funciones:

  • Velar por el uso correcto de los recursos financieros de la empresa y su bienestar y estabilidad económica.
  • Gestionar los indicadores que permiten evaluar la evolución de la organización.
  • Establecer políticas y estrategias económicas a medio y largo plazo para identificar oportunidades financieras y proyectar la evolución de las inversiones.
  • Gestionar la contabilidad, coordinar y controlar cierres contables mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
  • Ser responsable tanto de la relación con terceros en el campo de las finanzas, como también, de supervisar y validar la planificación económica y los presupuestos.
  • Gestionar la comunicación financiera, en contacto directo con la dirección, accionistas y stakeholders.

Descripción del Cargo:

Nuestro cliente, importante compañía agroindustrial, requiere un CFO que asegure el correcto funcionamiento y gestión de la inversión y la financiación dentro de la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Evaluar y mejorar continuamente el desempeño financiero de la empresa.
  • Desarrollar y implementar políticas financieras que contribuyan al crecimiento sostenible de la organización.
  • Mantener relaciones efectivas con proveedores, acreedores y otros stakeholders financieros.
  • Analizar y preparar informes financieros precisos y oportunos para la toma de decisiones.
  • Colaborar con la alta gerencia para establecer objetivos y estrategias financieras que se alineen con las metas empresariales.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Contaduría Pública Nacional, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares.
  • Poseer MBA o posgrados en dirección financiera (valorado).
  • Disponibilidad full-time.
  • Preparación para viajar a General Alvear durante los primeros meses.
