Job Summary:

The Financial Director oversees all financial operations at Toyota Butuan, ensuring effective management of funds, adherence to regulatory requirements, and accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for leading the finance team, implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the organization's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring long-term financial health and stability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.
  • Manage the organization's cash flow, fund allocation, and risk management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Presents financial updates, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial processes.
  • Ensure timely filing of all statutory and regulatory requirements, including E-CARS submissions.

Requirements:

  • A Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance (a Master's degree in the same field is an advantage).
  • A CPA license is preferred but not required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, management reporting, internal audit, taxation, fund management, and risk management.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system and E-CARS.
  • Proven integrity, maturity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be a resident of Butuan City, Agusan de Norte.
