As part of the Charles Taylor Group, Insuretech provides software as a service (SaaS) to clients worldwide and manages the global IT resources within the Group.
The RoleThis key role acts as a link between technical teams and delivery, ensuring communication, expectations management, and committed delivery. The position will be remote, making it an ideal opportunity for those with flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, Accountability, and Collaboration.
- Manage expectations, interactions, and relationships with delivery team members.
- Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop technical delivery strategies to meet client needs.
- Design solutions and provide estimations to ensure project success.
- Manage client requirements and ensure effective communication with the delivery and commercial teams.
- Evangelize and champion InHub capabilities to drive innovation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Insurance knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Experience in digitalization projects, including React, C#, SOAP, and API development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking abilities.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the company's location and the level of expertise required for this role.
