As a Digital Innovation Expert - Insurance Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in digital innovation and build a solid foundation for your career in the insurance industry.
You will work collaboratively with experienced professionals in various departments, participating in diverse projects and initiatives that will develop your skills and expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor values by ensuring agility, integrity, care, accountability, and collaboration.
- Assist and execute change management activities as part of this global process.
- Actively participate in organizational processes.
- Collaborate on activities related to governance and procedures for the global product office.
- Assist in vendor or third-party process interactions (related to SOW, compliance, admin tasks, etc).
- Participate in other activities related to Product processes and admin.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economy, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish (bilingual level).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Tools (Desirable).

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
