Job Summary:

Sovos Compliance is seeking a skilled Renewals Specialist to join our team. As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the renewals of our SaaS customer accounts. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to develop and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Implement best practices for renewals to improve the customer experience during the renewal process.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities within assigned territories.
• Manage renewals and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain operational efficiency throughout the renewal process.
• Provide accurate forecasts and consistently meet or exceed renewal targets.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in renewals or account management, preferably in the SaaS/software industry.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales or renewal quotas.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
