Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of video production opportunities with global startups and technology companies.
  • Engage with key decision makers, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director on team reporting, KPIs, and coaching the sales and strategy teams on best practices.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, encouraging repeat business and ongoing engagement with our video production services.
  • Assist in training and coaching the sales team to improve techniques and performance.

We require a smart, tenacious, and goal-oriented individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging marketing heads, managers, and social media executives in discovery meetings.
