Hokali is a fast-growing startup that simplifies the process of booking, organizing and managing after-school programs and camps for schools. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of providing every kid with the opportunity to explore their interests & reach their potential.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and have the opportunity to develop to a more senior role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including email campaigns and follow-up calls.Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and operations.Utilize CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.Collaborate with account managers to create and implement targeted sales & support strategies.Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related field.Proven track record of success in lead generation and business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.Self-motivated and with a start-up mindset, eager to learn and independent.Benefits:
