Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets in Consumer and Commercial lines.
  • Provide business proposals considering profitability for the company and customers.
  • Research and analyze competition in the assigned region, including pricing information, business strategies, new products, trends, and promotions.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with distributors to increase market share.
  • Plan demand (forecast) according to territory and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tire or consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance customer-oriented and results-driven approaches.
