We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the existing sales channel and in the market leads.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the automotive/auto parts industry. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify key players in the customer's decision-making process and establish productive professional relationships;
- Monitor distributor purchases and support sales teams to promote products;
- Analyze and execute pricing/discount policies defined in commercial policy;
- Develop business opportunities in existing sales channels and market leads;
- Gather and analyze market commercial conditions and propose improvements in commercial policy.
Requirements:
- Completed degree, preferably in engineering or sales/marketing administration;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Experience in the automotive/auto parts industry;
- Digital office skills (Excel - PowerPoint – SAP – CRM Sales Force – Power BI);
- Experience in sales area;
- Availability to travel within Argentina region.
