Estamos buscando un/a BDR (Business Development Representative) con un historial de éxito en la generación de leads, automatización de campañas y reuniones de discovery, para buscar potenciales clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Generar desde cero bases de datos de prospects, enfocadas en nichos target y buyer personas específicos, mediante la proactividad y autonomía en investigación y prospección.
  • Crear y optimizar procesos de automation usando tools como Clay, Smartlead y HeyReach.
  • Organizar el pipeline priorizando los distintos tiers de clientes, realizar cold callings, y elaborar efectivas secuencias de follow up.
  • Coordinar reuniones de discovery para entender las necesidades actuales de los potenciales clientes, y agendar reuniones pre-calificadas a los Account Executives.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de leads calificados y reuniones semanales, mensuales y trimestrales, manteniendo los scorecards actualizados.

Requisitos para el rol

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en la automatización de campañas outbound y generación de leads B2B del segmento mid-size y/o enterprise, con un track-record comprobable.
  • Experiencia comprobable en el uso de LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io (correo electrónico) y/o algunas otras herramientas para prospección y contactación.
  • Skills fuertes en comunicación, empatía y manejo de objeciones.
  • Capacidad para adaptarse a cualquier tipo de respuesta de un posible lead.
  • Experiencia comprobable trabajando con CRMs (Hubspot preferentemente).
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa y positiva en un entorno de equipo.
  • Experiencia en el uso de Clay, Smartlead y/o HeyReach para la automatización de campañas outbound - deseable.
