Job Overview

The Client Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire customer engagement lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of commercial, project, and technical operations. As the primary point of contact for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, this individual assumes end-to-end accountability for delivering contracted services.

Responsibilities
  1. Cloud Transformation: Actively drives cloud transformation agenda with key client stakeholders to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
  2. Customer Engagement: Leads customer engagement and ensures seamless alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Performs administrative tasks required to manage engagement, including staffing, reporting, and controlling.
  4. Service Delivery: Manages proactive delivery of service plans and reactive support requests.
  5. Status Meetings: Hosts regular status and governance meetings with customers and other SAP stakeholders.
  6. Customer Expectations: Drives end-to-end customer engagement, including commercial responsibility, customer expectations, delivery team success, customer reporting, and invoicing.
  7. Critical Situations: Delivers best results through a proactive mindset and de-escalates critical customer situations.
