We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.
Your primary focus will be on building a world-class remote recruiting team in Central America, with a goal of placing over 1,000 outsourced professionals each year. You will work closely with our COO to establish systems, processes, and best practices that drive success in this area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, and be a dynamic communicator who is driven and passionate about growth. They will thrive on challenges, be adaptable, coachable, and handle pressure well, while fostering open communication and addressing issues directly.
This role requires someone who is proactive, a problem-solver dedicated to helping others grow, taking ownership, and creating opportunities. You should be an expert in global recruitment, understanding international hiring practices, showcasing exceptional leadership, and building strong, diverse networks.
