Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to thoroughly diagnose issues and respond within established timelines using standardized solutions.
  • Address straightforward inquiries promptly and identify resources needed for more complex issues.
  • Document all actions taken to resolve cases accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved customer concerns as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Regularly update customers on the status of open cases to gather additional information or provide updates.
  • Collaborate with other SAP Concur departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAP Concur products, including new releases and offerings.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German is essential; knowledge of French or Italian is advantageous.
  • Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware challenges.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
