About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Professional to join our team at Signerx. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and resolving any issues they may encounter with our WP E-Signature plugin.
Your Responsibilities
- Sales Questions: Provide timely and informative responses to sales-related inquiries, helping customers make informed decisions about our product.
- Technical Support: Offer comprehensive technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with our plugin, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions.
- User Education: Develop and deliver training content to help customers get the most out of our WP E-Signature plugin, including features, functionality, and best practices.
- Billing and User Support: Assist customers with billing-related queries, user management, and site-related tasks, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any discrepancies.
Your Qualifications
- Long-term WordPress Experience: Possess extensive knowledge of WordPress, including plugins, themes, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Independence and Self-motivation: Work independently, taking initiative to resolve issues and complete tasks efficiently, while maintaining excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
