We are seeking an exceptional CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR to lead our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business results. Requirements:
- Advanced written and oral English knowledge.
- Knowledge of Customer Fulfillment Network, CMMI/KYC process is a plus.
