About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR to lead our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business results. You will also foster a culture of excellence within your team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of Customer Care Professionals (CCPs) to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within your team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced written and oral English knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Customer Fulfillment Network, CMMI/KYC process is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
