Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Director to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team in Latin America South. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer engagements, driving cloud transformation agendas, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise in project management and customer engagement to drive business success. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless alignment across internal and external stakeholders, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer engagements in Latin America South, including Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.
  • Drive cloud transformation agendas with key client stakeholders to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, advocating for their needs and bringing the power of Private managed cloud and Cloud application services to enrich their experience.
  • Coordinate communication at all levels with our client, focusing on customer success, services adoption, and securing renewals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SAP technology and/or functional knowledge preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, project management, technical consulting, and/or SAP Operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex customer engagements involving multiple parties.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, 'can-do' mindset, and commitment to putting the customer first.
