About The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate and successful entrepreneur as their Executive Assistant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of their business and personal activities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role, with a proven track record of success. You will be expected to manage the entrepreneur's calendar, oversee email communication, organize and maintain filing systems, prepare presentations and reports, and coordinate travel logistics.
You will also be responsible for researching and compiling information on various topics as requested by the entrepreneur, assisting with expense tracking and other financial tasks, and proactively identifying and solving problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech savvy, with proficiency in a range of software applications and tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is a must.
