Job Description

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in an outsourcing firm. They will be responsible for prospect generation, outreach, educating and qualifying leads, collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, and tracking and optimizing performance using CRM tools.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can build rapport quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  1. Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  2. Outreach: Initiate and manage meaningful conversations with prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  3. Educate and Qualify: Clearly articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
  4. Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.
  5. Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data.
