Job Description

The Senior Billing Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in the success of our company, Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing processes for our air, ocean, and land customers.

Your primary focus will be on processing PRs for vendor cost accruals, raising invoices based on confirmed client quotes, preparing billing packets, uploading them to E-Doc, and triggering EDI for EDI customers. For non-EDI customers, you will dispatch billing packets via email.

You will be held accountable for meeting our stringent billing and invoice submission KPIs. To achieve this, you must be proactive in providing correct billing packets and resolving EDI failures in a timely manner to avoid payment delays from clients.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing processes
  • Resolve EDI failures efficiently
Estimated Salary Range

Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $70,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
