Senior Accounting Specialist

Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team at Frost & Sullivan, a leading transformational growth journey company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing monthly payroll calculations, preparing and recording journal entries, and providing support to the accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly payroll calculation for Argentina and Mexico
• Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations related to payroll and compensations for Americas
• Prepare and record journal entries of vacations, commissions, and other accruals
• Respond to employees' inquiries
• Prepare several payroll reports

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Accounting students or Accountant
• At least 1 year of experience in similar positions at international companies and/or prestigious audit firms (Preferable)
• Advanced English skills (speaking, writing, and listening) is mandatory. Portuguese a plus.
• Customer and service orientation
• Excellent accounting systems and MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Attention to details and very well organized
