Billing Operations Manager

As a Billing Operations Manager at Crane Worldwide Logistics, you will be responsible for processing PR for vendor cost accruals, raising invoices based on client-confirmed quotes, preparing billing packets, and uploading them to E Doc. You will also trigger EDI for EDI customers and dispatch billing packets by email for non-EDI customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet billing and invoice submission KPIs.
  • Proactively resolve EDI failures to avoid payment delays from clients.
  • Process PR for vendor cost accruals and raise invoices based on client-confirmed quotes.
  • Prepare billing packets and upload them to E Doc.
  • Trigger EDI for EDI customers and dispatch billing packets by email for non-EDI customers.
