Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to showcase our product offerings.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges. Your goal will be to establish our product as the best solution that meets their business requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Present customized product demos to showcase our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, or Customer Success.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with others to resolve technical issues.
