As a Strategic Operations Associate, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and other senior leadership members, as well as engage with both internal and external stakeholders, to actualize the company's vision through strategic initiatives, executive assistance, project oversight, change facilitation, and communication management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the organization.
- Provide administrative support to operational teams.
- Update and maintain operational protocols and documentation.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments for the operations team.
- Compile and process reports and forms related to operations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to inter-departmental protocols.
- Assist in managing operational budgets and expenditures.
- Support management with operational challenges and the execution of new service enhancement directives.
- Research and devise plans for personal and professional development.
- Impress leadership by demonstrating initiative and creativity.
- Build and maintain relationships within our existing business network and team.
- Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media engagement.
Qualifications for Success
- While we invest in your training and development, you will need to provide your own devices.
- A suitable work-from-home environment in Latin America.
- Internet connection: minimum of 30 Mbps.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm EST.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity/project management tools.
- Experience with online/remote/virtual work is preferred but not essential.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as an operations assistant or in a comparable administrative capacity.
- Understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
