Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial screening, resume review, and candidate coordination across multiple roles at our client accounts.
- Partner with our account team to develop and execute strategic sourcing and candidate marketing plans.
- Track, maintain, and report on candidate pipeline metrics to ensure optimal results.
- Field and escalate client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the development of strategic role planning, scoping, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a consultant to our clients, providing expertise in areas such as job description development, candidate outreach, interview planning, and debriefs.
- Build a deep understanding of our clients' people operations, brand, product, and industry to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a champion of the Beacon values and an extension of our clients' brand.
- 3-5 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work diligently and methodically to drive progress against each part of the pipeline.

- Exceptional ability to absorb, synthesize, and coordinate information.
