About the Role

We're looking for a talented Customer Care Professional to join our team. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment where your goal will be to provide exceptional relationship care on every interaction to drive brand loyalty.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts.
  • Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and articulating the best solution.
  • Growing and nurturing customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.
  • Documenting necessary account information and offering custom solutions that benefit the customer.
Requirements
  • Fluency in writing and speaking in advanced French; English is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
  • Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills.
