Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Mexico City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Develop and execute proactive pipeline development and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Executive Search: Conduct headhunting activities to identify TOP candidates across Mexico and LATAM.
- Candidate Management: Screen candidate applications, schedule interviews, conduct feedback conversations, and handle general candidate communication.
- Data Analysis: Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across Mexico and LATAM.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
