About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to create deep business relationships with producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry. This role involves developing and delivering a growth strategy for the market, managing commercial partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and cultivate business relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market
- Manage commercial partnerships and ensure value creation for both parties
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
- A proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role
- Strong business development and partnership management skills
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM
- Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
