As a Maintenance Services Leader, you will join a diverse team that values results, analytical approach to problem-solving, and teamwork.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate general and maintenance services in the area of charge.
  • Oversee process capacity alignment with quality and productivity levels on a permanent basis.
  • Guarantee fulfillment of calibration programs.
  • Maintain a safe work environment in the area.
  • Control compliance with general and maintenance services for the Plant, planning and coordinating industrial housekeeping and office cleaning services, performing maintenance of parks and gardens.
  • Prepare annual planning of all scheduled maintenance operations across the Plant, and coordinate supervisors and third-party resources.
  • Guarantee the fulfillment of calibration programs developing the referred program for process control and testing instruments.
  • Ensure process capacity in line with quality and productivity levels on a permanent basis.
  • Coordinate and manage resources in an efficient manner and control associated costs.
  • Submit new investment/improvement projects for approval recommending changes and process improvements whenever necessary.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, in accordance with regulations and Tenaris safety policies.
  • Ensure the implementation of maintenance programs which aim at minimizing energy consumption, promoting all the improvement actions also on employees' behavior in order to decrease energy consumption waste.
  • Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions.
  • Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
  • Proactively motivate, coach, communicate with, and develop his/her staff and manage HR-related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
  • Protect from damage, theft, or misuse the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
