Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Services Director to join our team in Neuquen, Argentina. As a key member of our OIL & GAS SERVICES department, you will be responsible for coordinating general and maintenance services, ensuring process capacity is aligned with quality and productivity levels, and guaranteeing a safe work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate general and maintenance services in the area of charge, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Oversee the alignment of process capacity with quality and productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement calibration programs for process control and testing instruments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to Tenaris safety policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Implement maintenance programs to minimize energy consumption, promote employee behavior change, and decrease waste.
  • Proactively motivate, coach, and develop staff, managing HR-related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
  • Protect company assets, equipment, and physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
