Key Responsibilities:- Salesforce Administration and Automation Enhancements (40%):
- Assist in user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Create and maintain Salesforce Flow automations.
- Performance Benchmark: Complete routine system administration requests within 2 business days of request. Complete automation enhancements within 3-5 business days of request (depending on complexity).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%):
- Gather requirements from operations teams partners and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Performance Benchmark: Successfully meet with ops teams to gather and implement requirements for 95% of projects within the agreed timeline.
- Documentation and Training Materials (20%):
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Performance Benchmark: Update 100% of documentation and guides within 48 hours of changes.
- Data Management (10%):
- Assist in data imports, exports, updates, and clean-up. Support end users with salesforce report and dashboard requests.
- Performance Benchmark: Complete data management tasks within 2 business days of request.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Performance Benchmark: Complete at least 2 Salesforce training sessions or webinars per quarter.
- 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on location and experience.
