Event Marketing Manager

As a key member of the Q2 Solutions Marketing team, the Event Marketing Manager plays a vital role in driving the company's marketing strategy forward. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen to deliver successful events and conferences that drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event plans that align with the company's marketing objectives, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage relationships with event suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze event metrics to inform future marketing strategies and optimize event ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve event marketing capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant event marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events that drive business growth and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with event management software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
