- Develop and execute annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, focusing on timely completion and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and control maintenance work orders, prioritizing prompt completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide complex conversations and convey performance expectations.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Suite tools.
