**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Contracts to join our team at TTEC. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex contracts with multinational clients.
You will work closely with our go-to-market, operations, and delivery teams to close complex business deals. Your expertise will help secure and deliver business by achieving balanced contract terms reflecting best practices in the industry.

**Responsibilities:**
- Review and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Partner with go-to-market, operations, and delivery teams to close complex business deals.
- Owning the entire contract lifecycle, from early stages to approvals, ensuring compliance with TTEC policies.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in complex contract drafting and negotiations.
- Experience in large global organizations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is a must; J.D. or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
