Job OverviewThe Regional Operations Manager will lead the commercial, financial, and operational performance of multiple locations across South America, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and brand standards.
This role requires a strong leader with full P&L responsibility, the ability to drive operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics.
Responsibilities:- Develop Operational Strategies: Create and implement operational plans to optimize performance and drive regional growth.
- Manage Financials: Oversee P&L, implement cost-control measures, and maximize profitability.
