**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team, responsible for providing high-level support to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and prioritize the executive team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the CEO.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and payments.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must be a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Key requirements include:

  • Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in financial management, executive assistance, and business operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage financial reports, budgets, and payments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Project Management software.
