We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator, Global Clinical Supplies to join our team. As a key member of our Global Clinical Supplies team, you will be responsible for providing support to senior project managers and coordinating the entire clinical supplies lifecycle for projects assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of project-specific material for multiple projects at the same time.
- Provide support in managing budgets and consultation services to clients regarding global packaging, labeling, and distribution requirements.
- Support senior project managers in serving as the main point of contact between the client, clinical project teams, third-party vendors, and study sites.
You will have 2-4 years of experience in clinical research industry, specifically in the area of Clinical Supplies, Clinical Development, QA/Regulatory Affairs. A Bachelor's degree in a science or related discipline is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with global drug development processes and regulations.
- Understanding of drug formulation, analytical method development, stability, and bulk drug manufacturing practices.
- Experience in clinical supplies packaging and labeling design.
