About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator - Vendor Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and excellent communication skills.

The Project Coordinator - Vendor Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for assigned vendor accounts. This includes managing deadlines, project requirements, vendor marketing activity implementation, and ensuring the accuracy of MDF claims.

The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of ROI requirements for executed campaigns and be able to present detailed metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects through workflow management systems (20%)
  • Marketing Development Fund Management and claims (30%)
  • Marketing Communications (20%)
  • ROI reporting (10%)
  • Project Planning and Execution (15%)
  • Process Improvement Projects (5%)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Possesses strong data entry skills
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
