Key Responsibilities- Due Diligence and Valuation
- Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Perform financial valuations and analysis to determine the feasibility of potential transactions.
- Transaction Execution
- Negotiate and develop definitive agreements with target companies.
- Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Business Development and Strategy
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Analysts to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful transaction execution.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an asset.
- Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in M&A transaction execution.
- Strong background in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Competitive Salary and Benefits
- Monthly base salary aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly overbase of 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits supplement of 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years.
- Severance Package
- 2 weeks' pay for each year of service, increasing to 4 weeks' pay after 6 years.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Eligible after 12 months of service, with a maximum purchase equal to 10% of monthly base pay.
- Incentive Plan
- Annual incentive plan based on performance, with an approximate value of 1.8x monthly base salary.
- Travel Allowance
- Annual travel allowance of approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
- Vacation and Paid Holidays
- 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical and Dental Plan
- Complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care and facilities for employee and eligible family members.
- In-Kingdom dental services subsidized.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP)
- Out-of-Kingdom assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets.
- In-Kingdom assistance: 2x monthly base salary or the company max ($16.3K).
- Settling-in Allowance
- One-time payment of 100% of monthly base salary for family status or 60% of monthly base salary for single/bachelor status.
