Job OverviewIn this role, you'll assist the Retail Management team in the day-to-day running of designated stores within a specific area. You'll be responsible for achieving store KPIs and taking ownership of various duties. Additionally, in the manager's absence, you'll be the first point of contact, motivating the workforce to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service while exceeding targets and maintaining business standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customers receive considerate and responsible service throughout their visit.
- Deal with inquiries and complaints promptly, resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain personal appearance and dress code in line with company guidelines.
- Understand the Customer Service measuring programme and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Ensure targets are achieved and exceeded wherever possible.
- Interpret relevant Oracle reports.
- Utilise in-store devices to encourage team members to drive sales.
- Confidently use the store's dashboard to analyse footfall, ATV, and conversion.
- Attract and engage customers using visual techniques.
- Action the weekly brief with the store team.
- E nsure merchandise is correctly priced, price amendments are actioned, and POS is displayed accurately.
- Maintain stock displays clean and presentable at all times.
- Develop internal staff and promote progression within the group.
- Monitor training and development progress on the relevant site.
- Assist with store recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training.
- Prioritise management development through the Trainee Management Academy.
- Retail management experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
