About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a world-class product marketing team at CaptivateIQ. We're currently a small but mighty team and are looking for a full-stack product marketer who will impact the entire go-to-market funnel; from our persona strategy to campaign messaging to competitive win rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an in-house expert on our product and the market; maintaining and sharing a deep understanding of market problems and opportunities and how our product solves them.
  • Create, test, and iterate on differentiated messaging and positioning across the buyer journey.
  • Be an evangelist and thought leader for CIQ; informing and publishing thought leadership, supporting prospect/customer calls, analyst inquiries, and presenting at events.
  • Lead product and feature launches; building out repeatable processes to make a big splash with lower effort.
  • Partner with our marketing team to develop case studies, website content, and assets that support the buyer journey.
  • Partner with sales on analyzing and boosting conversion rates across the sales funnel with compelling messaging, assets, and enablement.
  • Track and measure key metrics to understand the impact of our GTM efforts and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of SaaS product marketing experience and have a proven track record of working effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Proven ability to develop, test, and refine positioning and messaging.
  • Experience launching products and features, with an emphasis on building awareness and generating leads.
  • An excellent communicator with a knack for communicating complex, technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience working directly with customers and serving as the voice of customers within an organization.
  • An ownership mindset and the demonstrated ability to autonomously own projects from strategy through to execution.
  • The right blend of a data-driven strategy paired with a bias toward action.
