Technical Support Engineer

TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues
  • Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex problems
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to identify root causes
  • Document support processes and solutions for future reference
  • Assist in testing new product features and updates
  • 3+ Years of advanced IT support experience
  • Proficient in PowerShell / scripting
  • Advanced knowledge in server, firewall and networking
  • Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint & Intune
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and consistent
  • Team player
  • Process-driven individual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance of new product features

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of experience in IT support
  • Proficient in PowerShell and scripting
  • Advanced knowledge in server, firewall, and networking
  • Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
