About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our Sales Consulting Team, specializing in Data & IA, Cloud, and SW Development Professional Services.

This individual will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of the organization through the sale of services and technological solutions, focusing on the Argentine market.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Driving new business opportunities and revenue growth
  • Expanding market penetration and technology adoption in clients, primarily enterprise and SMB accounts
  • Developing and executing account coverage plans to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborating with the presales team to create compelling value propositions and proposals
  • Managing the entire sales cycle processes and CRM pipeline
  • Participating in sales meetings, coordinating agendas with clients and the Netrix Global team, and documenting activities in internal tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales contracts and drive revenue growth in a defined account territory
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Manage the sales cycle processes and CRM pipeline
  • Participate in sales meetings and coordinate agendas with clients and the Netrix Global team
  • Document activities in internal tools
  • Collaborate with the presales team to create compelling value propositions and proposals
  • Manage the proposal process, ensuring end-to-end compliance from lead identification to operations
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions around Netrix Global services
  • Deeply interact and team with presales teams from different business areas
  • Manage proposal financial processes, including pricing
  • Accelerate customer adoption by interacting with C-level stakeholders and maintaining existing relationships
  • Maintain a solid and recurring sales flow
  • Work with AWS and other partners to expand reach and drive adoption
  • Client relationship management, including identifying, building, developing, and managing strategic relationships and long-term links with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demand generation, collaborating with the marketing team to assemble and execute a demand generation strategy
  • Hunting, identifying new accounts to work with, expanding the installed base, and generating commercial activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, preferably in a management position
  • Solid independence and autonomy in the Executive role
  • Demonstrable executive relationships in the industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the AWS ecosystem
  • Experience in consultative selling
  • Client-facing experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with enterprise accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate customer needs to technical pre-sales teams
  • Knowledge of the technology market, with a focus on Cloud computing
  • Proactive understanding of technological trends to design better solutions for customers
  • Fluent communication in Spanish, with high proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Preferably knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS
  • Sales leadership experience, with a track record of autonomy and independence
