Per l'azienda HRSpecialist Italia, leader nei servizi alle imprese, cerchiamo un Gerente Area Commerciale con esperienza in settori analoghi. La figura ideale parteciperà alla formazione di agenti commerciali e supporta il loro raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita fornendo gli strumenti necessari.
I compiti principali del Gerente Area Commerciale includono:
• Organizzare e guidare una rete commerciale per raggiungere i target di vendita;
• Assicurare la preparazione tecnica e l'aggiornamento costante dei prodotti/servizi offerti ai clienti;
• Definire, insieme al District Manager, l'allocazione ottimale delle risorse;
• Promuovere strategie commerciali per migliorare i risultati e aumentare la competitività dell'azienda;
• Individuare e inserire nuovi Energy Account per gestire efficacemente l'area assegnata.
La retribuzione prevista è di circa 65.000 euro lordi all'anno, oltre a benefits vari. Per questo ruolo sono richieste: esperienza nel settore dei servizi alle imprese, capacità di gestione di una rete commerciale, orientamento agli obiettivi.
