Responsibilities

The Employee Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees and managers
  • Supporting the daily operations of HR functions
  • Executing tasks efficiently to deliver high-quality service
  • Promoting continuous improvement in all activities or processes
  • Implementing and standardizing work procedures in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Identifying new areas of opportunity for GBS People Services in conjunction with the People Services Migration Team
  • Maintaining compliance with internal control requirements
  • Supporting the lead transformation process
  • Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Maintaining and improving KPI integrity
  • Monitoring end-to-end processes under your responsibility with a commitment to delivery
  • Managing analytical process transactions
  • Handling highly confidential employee information on a daily basis
  • Maintaining and updating personnel files

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong educational background
  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, WD, and ADP Siebel
  • Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and Portuguese (desired)
