The Employee Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees and managers
- Supporting the daily operations of HR functions
- Executing tasks efficiently to deliver high-quality service
- Promoting continuous improvement in all activities or processes
- Implementing and standardizing work procedures in collaboration with stakeholders
- Identifying new areas of opportunity for GBS People Services in conjunction with the People Services Migration Team
- Maintaining compliance with internal control requirements
- Supporting the lead transformation process
- Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
- Maintaining and improving KPI integrity
- Monitoring end-to-end processes under your responsibility with a commitment to delivery
- Managing analytical process transactions
- Handling highly confidential employee information on a daily basis
- Maintaining and updating personnel files
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong educational background
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, WD, and ADP Siebel
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and Portuguese (desired)
