Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate to join our Global Finance Shared Services team. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the operative invoice processing and/or Procurement Operations quality check processes across all commodities in the SAP affiliates for the America Region as well as Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Posting of incoming vendor invoices
- Procurement Operations quality check
- Vendor accounts maintenance, including open items management
- Month-end closing activities for Accounts Payable
- Interface to Finance & Accounting teams
- Support of rollout projects
- End-user support
- Supplier communication and support (Helpdesk via tickets, chat)
- Communication with purchasing and accounting departments
Requirements
- Work experience in accounting preferred
- Experience with SAP system is an advantage
- Procure to pay experience is preferred
